英国农业与园艺发展委员会亮相2025年SIAL西雅国际食品和饮料展览会

2025年5月19日至21日，英国农业与园艺发展委员会（Agricultural and Horticultural Development Board，以下简称 “AHDB” ）携手英国领先猪肉生产商，亮相在上海新国际博览中心举办的2025年SIAL西雅国际食品和饮料展览会。此次展会汇聚全球4,500家参展商及超过15万名食品行业专业人士，是亚洲最具影响力的行业平台之一。

From May 19 to 21, 2025, the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) joined with leading British pork exporters at the 2025 SIAL China International Food and Beverage Exhibition, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The exhibition attracted more than 4,500 global exhibitors and over 150,000 professionals, making it one of the most influential food industry platforms in Asia.

AHDB在本届展会中设立展位于E5馆C006号，集中展示英国猪肉行业的全产业链优势与可持续发展理念。联合参展的四家企业携旗下明星产品共同亮相，展位现场还设有烹饪展示环节，预计将展出英国风味猪颈肉、猪腹肉等多个部位产品，带领与会嘉宾沉浸式体验英国猪肉的鲜香口感与多样食用方式。

AHDB exhibited at Booth C006 in Hall E5, presenting the full value chain and sustainable development of the British pork industry. Co-exhibiting companies brought their flagship pork products to the show, with live cooking demonstrations at the booth featuring classic British cuts such as pork neck and belly. These activities provided attendees with an immersive experience of the taste, texture, and versatility of premium British pork.

此次集体亮相不仅展示了英国猪肉卓越的生产工艺与产品品质，也再次印证了AHDB长期深耕中国市场、推动中英食品贸易合作的承诺。

This collective presence not only showcased the advanced production techniques and superior product quality of British pork but also reaffirmed AHDB’s long-term commitment to the Chinese market and its efforts to promote UK-China food trade collaboration.

British Pork Gains Ground in China with Quality, Safety and Sustainability

英国猪肉在全球市场久负盛名，其核心竞争力源于高度透明和可追溯的供应链体系。约40%的英国母猪在自然开放环境中自由放养，结合温带气候与优质饲料，为猪群健康成长提供了理想条件。此外，英国引以为傲的“红色拖拉机”认证体系贯穿从饲养、运输、屠宰到加工包装的每一个环节，确保动物福利、食品安全、环境保护与产品可追溯性等方面均达到甚至超过国际标准。

British pork is renowned in global markets for its quality and traceability, built on a highly transparent supply chain. Around 40% of breeding sows in the UK are raised outdoors in natural environments. The country’s temperate climate and high-quality feed create ideal conditions for healthy pig growth.

2024年，英国猪肉产量达96.08万吨，同比增长近4%。其中出口至中国的猪肉总量为12.01万吨，中国依然是英国最重要的出口市场之一。这一成绩的取得不仅得益于产品本身的高质量，也体现了中英之间长期互信、互利、共赢的贸易合作基础。

In 2024, the United Kingdom produced 960,800 tonnes of pork, marking a year-on-year increase of nearly 4%. A total of 120,100 tonnes were exported to China, with 65% consisting of offal products. China remains one of the UK’s most important export markets. This achievement is not only a testament to the high quality of British pork but also reflects the long-standing foundation of mutual trust, benefit, and win-win cooperation between China and the UK.

随着中国消费者对高品质肉类、健康饮食理念的重视不断提升，英国猪肉凭借低脂、高蛋白、无抗生素残留等特点，在中国市场赢得越来越多青睐。AHDB正通过持续的市场投入与品牌推广，加深中国消费者对英国猪肉优势的认知，并加强与本地企业在贸易、加工、分销等层面的交流与合作，持续拓展市场影响力。

As Chinese consumers become increasingly focused on healthy eating and premium protein sources, British pork—known for its low-fat content, high protein, and absence of antibiotic residues—is gaining popularity. AHDB continues to invest in market development and brand promotion in China, further raising awareness of British pork’s unique advantages and fostering collaboration in trade, processing, and distribution.

On the evening of May 19, during the exhibition, AHDB hosted a British meat appreciation dinner at the Peace Hotel in Shanghai. The event brought together representatives from the UK pork industry, Chinese trade partners, and media guests. A selection of creative dishes featuring British pork was served, offering guests not only an exceptional culinary experience but also insights into the values and quality behind the British meat industry.

多年来，AHDB持续为英国猪肉出口企业在中国市场的发展搭建桥梁，晚宴亦成为中英双方深化交流、凝聚合作共识的重要场合。活动现场气氛热烈，不仅体现了英国食品行业对中国市场的高度重视，也彰显出双方在食品领域合作的巨大潜力与广阔前景。
